⅓ Cup cocoa powder
1¼ cup sugar
1½ cup flour
2 tsp of baking soda
½ cup water
½ cup oil
¼ cup softened butter
½ cup sour cream
3 eggs
¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Bundt Cake
Generously coat a 3 cup bundt cake pan with baking spray. Mix together cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda, then set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the butter on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Then add sugar mix together until blended. Add oil, water, sour cream and eggs one at a time, then mix together. Spoon in flour mixture and beat until combined. Put 2 cups of the mixture into bundt cake pan and cover it loosely with foil. Add 1½ cups water to the bottom of the instant pot, put down trivet, and then cake mix. Press bake on the Instant Pot and then select cake option. Set for 33 minutes. Once finished baking, use quick release to depressurize. Cool cake on rack.

Frosting for wreath (Prepare after cake has cooled):
Ingredients:
1 Cup white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons whipped cream
Green food coloring
Red fondant

Directions:
Add chocolate chips and whipped cream together in a microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave on half power for 30 seconds then stir and repeat until blended together in a smooth texture. Add more whipped cream if needed to thin out the frosting to the desired consistency. Add green food coloring a few drops at a time until the right shade of green is achieved. Place foil under cooled cake on cooling rack. Spoon warm green frosting over the cake a small amount at a time. Arrange red candies on wreath while the frosting is warm. Shape red fondant into the shape of a ribbon and place it on cake.
