Save Family Time with These Incredible Instant Pot Family Dinners!

Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus Perfect Pulled Pork

-3 lbs. boneless pork roast
-2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
-3 Teaspoons Paprika
-1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
-2 Teaspoons onion powder
-2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
-1 Teaspoon Cumin
-1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne (optional)
-2 Tablespoons Oil
-1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
-1 1/2 cups Chicken or Beef Broth
-3-5 cloves of Garlic
-1 onion cut in 5 large pieces


1. Cut pork roast into 4-inch cubes
2. In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, cumin, and cayenne.
3. Season cubed pork with the spice mixture and set aside.
4. In a medium size bowl combine apple cider vinegar and beef broth.
5. Turn your instant pot to the "Sauté" setting and add the oil. Allow for it to get hot.
6. Add the pork to the hot oil and brown the pork for about 5 minutes. Turn every minute to brown all sides. Remove the meat.
7. Turn Instant Pot off. Add the ingredients from step 4 and use a spoon to deglaze the bottom of the pot.
8. Put the pork back into the pot, placing onion pieces and garlic on top.
9. Close the lid and press “Pressure Cook.” Turn dial to “Pork” preset. Adjust time to 42 minutes. Once the time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
10. Dispose of the onion and garlic. Remove the meat from the Instant Pot and shred with fork.
11. Load pork, pickles, slice of cheese, and crispy onion strings onto buns.

Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli
1. Coat brussel sprouts or broccoli in olive oil and stir in your favorite Allspice seasoning. Arrange in single layer in air fryer.
2. Cook at 370° for 10 minutes.

Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Crispy Onion Strings
1. Heat your favorite onion strings at 350° for 3 minutes to crisp.

Instant Ace Plus Blender Tomato Soup
In order, place ingredients in blender:
-1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
-28 oz. canned tomatoes
-3 oz. cubed cheddar cheese
-1 clove garlic, chopped
-3 leaves fresh basil

1. Add all ingredients to the blender in order listed above
2. Select “Pulse” and push 3 times
3. Select "Soup 1" setting for 20:00 minutes. Press Start.

 


1. Spread oil on potatoes. Sprinkle sea salt on potatoes to taste.
2. Place in air fryer and bake for 40 minutes at 400°.

Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus Vegetarian Chili
-2 Tablespoons of oil
-1 red onion chopped
-1 red bell pepper chopped
-1 green bell pepper chopped
-2 carrots chopped
-5 garlic cloves pressed or minced
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 Tablespoons chili powder
-3 teaspoons ground cumin
-2 teaspoons paprika
-2 teaspoons dried oregano
-1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
-28 oz canned diced tomatoes with their juices
-2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans rinsed and drained
-1 can (15 oz) kidney beans rinsed and drained
-1 can (15 oz) pinto beans rinsed and drained
-2 cups of vegetable broth
-fresh cilantro chopped, chips, avocado or cheese for garnishing

1. Press Instant Pot “Sauté" button. Add oil and allow to get hot. Add onion, red and green peppers, carrot, garlic and salt. Stir to combine and cook until the vegetables are tender.
2. Turn Instant Pot Off. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and red pepper. Stir in with vegetables.
3. Add diced tomatoes and their juices, drained black beans, pinto, kidney beans, and vegetable broth to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
4. Select "Pressure Cook." Select “Chili" setting and cook at high pressure for 10 minutes. When cooking is complete, use natural release to depressurize.



1. Coat sliced bell peppers and onions with oil and stir in your favorite Allspice seasoning. Arrange in single layer in air fryer. 
2. Cook at 360° for 15-18 minutes.
