How to Make a St. Patrick's Day Lucky Leprechaun Lunch

St. Patrick's Day is a day for celebrating and with the help of this Lucky Leprechaun lunch, your whole family can party together. You can build this entire lunch for your kids or just make a part of it for an after school snack. The important part is that you pick up some Dandy Celery Sticks to take this food art to the St. Patty's Day level!

We have been loving Dandy Celery Sticks lately. Whether they are filled with cream cheese, dipped in nut-free spread, or just served plain, my kids have been crunching away on these naturally sweet and delicious veggie sticks. It's also a good source of Vitamin A and Vitamin K. Not only that, but they are the perfect building blocks for creating this lucky lunch! Keep reading to find out how to make it.

How to Make a St. Patrick's Day Lucky Leprechaun Lunch

Ingredients: Dandy Celery Sticks, sliced bread, sliced turkey, carrot slices, nori (or black olives), white cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, different colored fruit and vegetable slices, yellow jelly beans.

Directions:
1. Cut bread slices into two circles. Place turkey and cheese between the slices and put in main compartment of lunchbox. Use bread scraps for the neck. Arrange carrot slices as beard, hair, and eyebrows. Use neck pieces to prop them up. Cut one circle of bread for the nose and make eyes and a mouth out of nori or black olives.

2. For the leprechaun hat, use two longer celery sticks and two short celery sticks. Arrange as shown with cheese on top for the buckle.

3. In one side compartment place celery sticks with cream cheese topped with cheddar cheese shamrocks.

4. In second side compartment place colored fruits and vegetables in a rainbow pattern. Finish with a pot of yellow jelly beans for gold.
