Purple foods

Thursday, September 27, 2012

I am thinking out the lunch for Monday and am wondering about some ideas for purple colored foods. These can be breads, fruits, condiments, anything that might be useful that a kindergartner might eat.  Comment below and let me have those ideas!

  1. Cabbage is really purple. As are grapes. Plums, purple carrots, raisins, and blackberries.

  2. Thanks for the reply. I saw red cabbage at the store today but wasn't sure my daughter would eat it. I thought about plums but do you know if they are more black or purple on the inside? They werent very ripe but I thought about chancing it.

Any other food out there that might work? I was thinking blue tortilla chips. They might be hard to shape though and I would rather use something healthier.

  4. Thai massage is basically a gentle movement into yoga-like positions while lying on a padded mat. You will be fully clothed in loose fisherman trousers and a top. The therapist applies pressure to the body using both hands and feet.Visit body to body spa near me
