Christmas time can be full of rushing your kids from place to place, and trying to attend endless parties where you always need to bring something to eat. But if we can simplify things Christmas can also be one of the most joyous times of year! That is why we decided to come up with not one but THREE Instant Pot holiday dessert recipes that you can easily make for just your family, or a gathering of friends and coworkers. 


The first recipe is a Christmas Wreath Bundt Cake that we made in our new Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus. What? A cake in an Instant Pot? Is this madness? No this is efficiency! With 48 presets to make a recipe with the push of a button, the Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus is not only perfect for appetizers and dinner, but for Christmas cakes as well! This is one of the tastiest and easiest chocolate cakes you will ever make. In addition, we also created holiday themed desserts in the Instant Vortex Plus 10Q Air Fryer Oven and the Instant Ace Plus Blender.

Christmas Wreath Bundt Cake in the Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus 

Makes One Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
⅓ Cup cocoa powder
1¼ cup sugar
1½ cup flour
2 tsp of baking soda
½ cup water
½ cup oil
¼ cup softened butter
½ cup sour cream
3 eggs
¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Bundt Cake
Generously coat a 3 cup bundt cake pan with baking spray. Mix together cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda, then set aside. In a separate bowl, beat the butter on medium speed for about 30 seconds. Then add sugar mix together until blended. Add oil, water, sour cream and eggs one at a time, then mix together. Spoon in flour mixture and beat until combined. Put 2 cups of the mixture into bundt cake pan and cover it loosely with foil. Add 1½ cups water to the bottom of the instant pot, put down trivet, and then cake mix. Press bake on the Instant Pot and then select cake option. Set for 33 minutes. Once finished baking, use quick release to depressurize. Cool cake on rack.

Frosting for wreath (Prepare after cake has cooled):
Ingredients:
1 Cup white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons whipped cream
Green food coloring
Red fondant

Directions:
Add chocolate chips and whipped cream together in a microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave on half power for 30 seconds then stir and repeat until blended together in a smooth texture. Add more whipped cream if needed to thin out the frosting to the desired consistency. Add green food coloring a few drops at a time until the right shade of green is achieved. Place foil under cooled cake on cooling rack. Spoon warm green frosting over the cake a small amount at a time. Arrange red candies on wreath while the frosting is warm. Shape red fondant into the shape of a ribbon and place it on cake.

Peppermint Chocolate Mousse in Instant Ace Plus Blender

Makes Four Servings
Ingredients:
1¼ cup dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
4 Tablespoons water
1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Toppings: crushed peppermints, crushed chocolate chips, whipping cream, red and green sugar sprinkles

Directions:
Microwave chocolate chips, water, cocoa, and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds using 50% power. Continue doing this until mixture is melted together and smooth.

Add heavy whipped cream to the Ace Blender. Set the blender at medium speed for 45 seconds to stiffen the whipped cream. Add the above chocolate mixture to the cream and blend at medium speed for 10 seconds.

Pour into serving containers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving. Mousse will stiffen as it cools. Right before serving, add crushed candies, crushed chocolate mints, whipped cream, and sprinkles.

Makes About Eight Donuts
Ingredients:
1 Can premade biscuit dough

Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 350°. Open biscuit can and separate raw biscuits. Turn them into donuts by using a circle cookie cutter and punching out the middle of the biscuit. Place donuts on tray and bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Place on rack and let cool.

Glaze for Donuts (Prepare after donuts have cooled):
Ingredients:
1 Cup white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons whipped cream
Holiday sprinkles

Directions:
Add chocolate chips and whipped cream together in a microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave on half power for 30 seconds then stir and repeat until blended together in a smooth texture. Add more whipped cream if needed to thin out the frosting to the desired consistency. Place foil under cooled donuts on rack. Spoon warm frosting over top of each donut a small amount at a time. Either dip warm glazed top in bowl of sprinkles, or drop sprinkles on top of donuts. Allow to cool.
