Disney's Christopher Robin movie

I'm not sure that there's a movie that my family has seen recently that we have enjoyed as much as Disney's Christopher Robin. Of course my kids have all grown up on Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and the rest of the gang in The Hundred Acre Wood, but the creativity and fun in this movie is hard to beat.

When the previews for Disney's Christopher Robin first came out, I had a feeling that it was going to be special. However, once we actually saw it, my kids and I were mesmerized the entire time. We laughed at the silliness and enjoyed the special effects.

In fact, I just had the chance to sit down with the cast to ask them some questions about the movie and this fun snack that they helped to inspire. I hope you enjoy the interview as much as I did. Make sure to watch it below!

While I love these interviews, my favorite part of Disney's Christopher Robin might be when they were riding in the car towards the end, but I won't give away what happens. If you haven't seen this movie, you simply must make it a priority. In fact Disney's Christopher Robin is available on Blu-ray and Digital on November 6!

Better yet, you can win a copy of the Blu-ray during my giveaway in this post. All you have to do is enter using the Rafflecopter widget below right after you read my recipe!

Once we saw the movie, I knew that I would have to make a special snack for my kids that was based on the movie. I ended up making a Winnie the Pooh mini pizza because my kids can pretty much eat pizza any time. Who can blame them, right? I included Pooh's iconic red shirt and also made a side of "Tigger Tails" using baby carrots. Since the red balloon is such an important part of the movie, I knew that the meal wouldn't be complete without it. Keep reading for all of the instructions!

Ingredients: English muffin, pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, black olives, strawberries, baby carrots, nori (roasted seaweed snack), cheese round wrapped in red wax, pasta noodle.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Slice an english muffin in half and cover it with pizza sauce. Cut Pooh ears out of the other half of the english muffin.

2. Cut a slice of cheddar cheese into a circle and place on top of pizza sauce. Cut ears from the scraps of cheese and place on top of english muffin Pooh ears.

3. Cut out eyebrows, eyes, and nose from black olives. Use photo above to show you what each piece should be shaped like. Put on top of cheese as shown to make Pooh's face. Place face and ears on baking sheet in oven for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.

4. While Pooh pizza is baking, cut two strawberries in half. Also cut narrow strips of nori and wrap around baby carrots. The moisture on the carrots should hold the nori in place.

5. Once pizza is baked, place on plate and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Place strawberries under Pooh's head to create his t-shirt. Put Tigger Tail carrots on the side.

6. To finish, cut a small triangle of red wax from the back of a cheese round. Place cheese round on plate and triangle below it. If desired, put pasta noodle under triangle to form the red balloon and string.

7. Serve while watching Christopher Robin on Blu-ray. Make sure to enter my giveaway below to win the movie!
